One of the more complex and complete Bonnes Mares we’ve ever tasted.  The nose is expressively floral, with lots of spice and riper notes.  The mouth delivers layers of blue and black fruits, alternating with deeper cassis notes and highlights of ginger.  The finish is equally as concentrated, with suggestions of boysenberry and black pepper.  Textured and very enticing.
