As its name suggests, “Les Petit Clos” combines the supple, red-wine personality of Morgeot with the more linear, chiseled character of the vintage. Seriously ripe notes of sautéed apples in butter and white peaches show on the ample nose, while touches of black pepper on the mouth suggest a very complex wine that will only reveal more complexity with age. Very, very impressive.
