We’re reminded of the beautiful aromas of a lively Pinot Noir—earthy
notes, small red berries, peppery spice—in the perfume of this unique
rosé Prosecco. Made with Prosecco grapes with an added touch of Raboso,
a native red Veneto varietal that contributes both color and aroma, as
well as a bit of structure that too makes this wine an ideal food pair.
Bone dry but very full in the mouth, the Ca’Vittoria Brut Rosé shows
good, lively acidity and a broad sweep of fruit, strawberries and blood
oranges, blends with mineral zest and plenty of citrus on the finish.
Captivating and a sure crowd-pleaser!
There are so many reasons to enjoy Prosecco! The way its pale-gold
hue catches candlelight at the dinner table. Its energetic effervescence
that lightens any heavy mood. The wash of silky flavors as the wine
passes over your tongue, mixing the buttery melt of shortbread with an
invigorating lemon squeeze. Finding a Prosecco estate dedicated to quality over quantity can be challenging, but Ca'Vittoria was a delicious surprise.

Ca'Vittoria Prosecco Brut
The nose suggests clementine and touches of fresh cherries, an impressively complex and invigorating perfume. Fruity and fresh, medium-bodied and zesty on the tongue.
