Castelvecchio reserves the entire upper floor of its historic cellar to drying the grapes for this decadent wine; after three months the dried Trebbiano, Malvasia and Colombana grapes are gently pressed and the concentrated nectar is collected. The wine is then aged in small oak barrels for five years. Honey-rich yet wonderfully balanced, each sip is sweet and spiced. Unfiltered.
