This is a great year for white Burgundy! The noble herbal notes of Puligny come through clear on the clean and crisp nose; ripe lemons and crushed stones blend with lime zest. The mouth is ripe yet balanced, with lots of lift and mineral definition—suggestions of tarragon butter, white pepper and more lime zest invigorate and cleanse the palate. A nutty, savory and sea-salt lined finish is delectable. All tank made; and always a great value.
