As the estate’s top cuvee, “Tonin” hails from the appellation’s highest altitude vineyard and as such is a valuable lesson in the touch of terroir to tame a richly endowed vintage into one both elegant and seductive.
“Tonin” is a wine that belongs in a cool cellar, as it ages in step with the best and will continue to evolve for years to come. We’ve opened bottles with five, 10 to even 15 years of cellar age and to a one we’ve been floored by the youth, the spice and the complexity of this wine.
