Incredibly spicy and lush. A classic Chambolle nose of wildflowers and violets mixes with baking spices and stewed red fruits; the mouth shows a mix of purple and red berries with a touch of cream. Luscious yet light and elegant on the tongue; too good. “Les Bussières” sits on the border with Morey, and shares the same elevation and exposition as Morey’s premier cru row.
