Suggestions of peach, garrigue and apple blossoms show on the complex yet reticent nose. The full-bodied mouth is sensual and linear at once, with impeccable balance and great depth. A blend of Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc—the Grenache contributes fullness while the Bourboulenc provides a backbone of mineral zest and precision. Just 1,000 bottles produced.
