All customers purchasing wine or recipients of wine shipments should
be of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol. North Berkeley Wine
makes every effort to ensure that recipients of wine shipments are of
legal age.
Orders
All online orders are not considered final until confirmed by a North
Berkeley Wine sales representative. While we do collect credit card
information on our secure website, we will not charge your card until
your order is confirmed by a sales representative in our retail store
in Berkeley, California.
We reserve the right to correct all pricing or inventory errors both
on the North Berkeley Wine website and on any company printed or
digital materials.
Shipping
North Berkeley Wine will ship purchased wine to states where wine
shipments are allowed. As local shipping laws are often confusing, we
are happy to help you find out whether your state allows wine

We discourage wine shipments during the summer months, as warm weather
can adversely affect the product. North Berkeley Wine will hold
shipments at its temperature-controlled warehouse in Berkeley, California,
for customers for a reasonable amount of time until weather conditions
allow safe shipping.
