SF Reimbursement Guidelines 2026

FOR Distributors

  • No costs covered

 

FOR Out-of-State (OOS) Customers

North Berkeley Imports will cover the below expenses for one direct decision maker per account. 

Flights

  • Economy tickets only (any upgrades at customer expense)
  • Customers are responsible for transport to/from airport

Hotel

  • One (1) night for Western U.S. customers (Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona)
  • Two (2) nights for customers traveling from outside the Western U.S. (as defined above)
  • Customers must stay at the North Berkeley Imports-provided hotel to be reimbursed. Hotel information will be published shortly. 
  • Customers are responsible for all room charges outside of the nightly rate

 

FOR Southern California Customers

  • Cover flights up to $350
  • No hotel

 

Any exceptions to the above must be approved by North Berkeley Imports in advance of travel.
