Winemaker Raffelle Troisi of Azienda Agricola Vadiaperti is one of our newest partners from Campania in southern Italia. Focusing exclusively on white wines, this generations-old estate is the standard bearer of great wines from Irpina.
The most traditional wine from the Aeolian Islands, where Azienda Agricola Caravaglio is found, is a sweet wine made from the white grape Malvasia delle Lipari. Ripe grapes are left to dry naturally, concentrating their sugars, and are then pressed and the juice fermented.
